Faced with a mouth of bad teeth and gums you need to use all the impliments at your disposal to clean and straighten them out, which you do by holding the tool and dragging it over the infected area.
Dentist Office is fun to play for a while but it feels a bit aimless. Even once the teeth look done the game carries on, leading you to wonder what the point is.
